Over-ear headphones are great for long-time listening and suitable for home usage, they have nice detailed sounds, and they are very comfy to wear even with after hours of use. Buy Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Headphones:

Quick Review:
Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro are well known and famous for their great sounding, and comfort, with their incredible value.
They are made in Germany, which is known for high-quality products.

The sound is amazing and it feels directional and 3D’ish clean and neutral.
They are great headphones for DJ’s even though they may not be the best in portability. They are more suitable for home usage.

What do ohms actually mean?
Since there are 3 different ohms to choose from for the Beyerdynamic let’s discuss what ohms actually mean:
ohms are not an indicator of “quality” among headphones (which means higher ohms doesn’t mean better sound quality). A lower impedance headphone doesn’t necessarily sound better than a higher-impedance headphone.

Low-impedance cans are easier to get louder and don’t use much power from the source your using it from. High-impedance cans put out more sound. Low impedance headphones will work better with portable phones and music players, and other portable devices.

High impedance headphones need more power to deliver high audio levels, They also can be used with a more range of audio devices.
Basically, if you will stay home to use your headphones and use them with your computers then stick with a high-impedance 80-ohm or 250-ohm.

If you want to use your headphones on multiple devices like phones, tablets, and other small devices then you should stick with 32-ohm. Even though you still could use a high-impedance headphones on your phone if you used an amplifier to make them function like they suppose to be.

Buy Sennheiser HD 598 SR & SE Open-Back Headphones:

Quick Review:
Sennheiser HD 598 SR Open-Back Headphones are very good sounding, super comfortable, and very durable. They are the only open-back headphones on this list.

And in case your wondering what’s the difference between the SE and SR version?
The SR includes a microphone within the attaching cable.

What does open-back actually mean?
Open-back headphones do not isolate outside noise, which means you can hear the surrounding environment while playing your music.

So whats is the benefit of using an open-back Headphones?
Open-back provides a more natural sound with increased soundstage width and depth due to less coloration than an enclosed earcup can create. And also it gives better transient response due to less air pressure against the rear of the driver, and because of the exposed earcups which mean less material, it makes the headphones even lighter than closed-back headphones.

I recommend getting them for those who need something elegant to use daily and enjoy the clarity and the soundstage of music and sounds, and for those who don’t mind the outside noises since they are open-back headphones.

Sennheiser HD 598 are also used by a very famous gaming YouTubers like Markiplier.

Comfort:
Sennheiser HD 598 SR Open-Back Headphones are extremely comfortable they are very light and yet robust with luxurious velour covered ear cushions and padded leatherette headband for an outstanding wearing comfort for long listening sessions.

Sound:
Sennheiser HD 598 SR Open-Back Headphones delivers an exceptionally natural and balanced sound, though it won’t fit people who like bass since they have a low bass frequency.
